What People Say?

"Quite possibly the best rooms in this town. Room was clean, comfortable, Spacious, and well appointed. Don't let the plain exterior fool you. If you are forced to be in Williston, the Winterton will make the stay much more tolerable."

"The room was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The motel is 2 years old and the room looks new. Also, Amber was very helpful and accomodating. if I get another opportunity to come to Williston, I hope the Winterton Suites has a vacancy."

"I've stayed at several different hotels and motels in Williston. Winterton is by far the nicest. The staff was friendly and the location was good, but the ROOM! Very big room with a great feel. I will be staying here again! Thank you Winterton!

"Every time I stay at the Winterton it is a great place. It would be a great place anywhere in the USA but in Williston it is like a white Lilly in a swamp. The rooms are clean, spacious and the hospitality makes you really feel like a guest not just a customer. I had to wake Gina at 05:00 after locking myself out of my running can and my room. She sorted it all out and never lost her sense of humour."

"As other reviewers have noted this motel has "drive up" rooms which does keep noise down. The rooms are complete with full size frig, microwave, stove. coffee maker and kitchen utensils. I can say nothing negative about the room – it was very clean, well appointed and spacious. It was just not my "cup of tea".

"The place seems to be new and very well kept and the staff here goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. I almost always stay at the big name hotels but, this was a pleasant surprise. You can not beat this place for its cost for the service you receive. If I do ever have to come back here this will be my first choice"

"This smaller motel is very new, the rooms are spacious, it is very quiet, and my room on two separate nights was spotless. I don't like staying in big corporate hotels (and the hotels in Williston have taken a beating) so I spent some time looking for a place that would be clean and quiet — and it was worth the effort. Very friendly, efficient, and, as I said, immaculate. Also, it is just a half block away from a bike trail that quickly takes you out of town into the fields and along the Little Muddy River. A great running route, away from traffic and stoplights."
